  • Definitions
    • Company: LAX Technologies, its affiliates, and assigns.
      Customer: The individual or entity purchasing products from the Company.
      Products: Refurbished IT equipment including laptops, desktops, PCs, monitors,
      keyboards, and mice.
  • Product Description
    • All Products are refurbished, tested, and restored to a functional condition. They are
      guaranteed to meet quality standards as specified.
  • Orders and Payments
    • Orders are accepted once confirmed by the Company.
    • Full payment must be made prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed.
    • The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.
  • Pricing and Taxes
    • Prices are listed in South African Rands and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
    • Taxes, if applicable, will be added at checkout.
  • Delivery and Shipping
    • Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
    • Shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless specified otherwise.
    • Risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery.
  • Warranty and Returns
    • Products come with a 3-month warranty covering hardware defects.
    • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt.
    • Returns are subject to inspection and may incur restocking fees.
    • Software, consumables, and accessories are not covered under warranty.
  • Condition of Products
    • All Products are sold “as-is” with descriptions based on testing and refurbishment
      standards.
    • The Company does not guarantee compatibility with all systems or future software
      updates.
  • Customer Responsibilities
    • Ensure the product specifications meet your requirements.
    • Backup data before return or service.
    • Follow instructions for setup and use.
  • Limitation of Liability
    • The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
      resulting from use or inability to use the Products.
  • Intellectual Property
    • All trademarks, logos, and intellectual property remain the property of LAX Technologies.
  • Governing Law
    • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
  • Changes to Terms
    • The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
